护士安宁疗护体验的质性研究

Qualitative Study of Hospice Care Experience of Nurses

目的 探讨护士在安宁疗护工作中的体验,为优化安宁疗护策略提供参考。方法 通过质性研究方法,对11名护士进行半结构式访谈,采用内容分析法进行归纳分析,归纳护士在安宁疗护工作中的感受与存在的问题。结果 护士在安宁疗护中经历多重情感体验,存在技能缺失等问题。结论 在实行安宁疗护过程中,护士有复杂的负面情绪,应关注护士的情绪变化,提升护士对安宁疗护理念的认知,加强护患沟通能力和精神关怀能力的培训,提高护士与患者的沟通能力及灵性照护能力。

Objective To explore the experience of nurses in hospice care and to provide reference for optimizing hospice care strategies.Methods Through qualitative research methods,11 nurses were interviewed in a semi-structured manner,and the content analysis method was used to summarize the feelings and problems of nurses in hospice care.Results Nurses experienced multiple emotional experiences in hospice care,and there were problems such as lack of skills.Conclusion In the process of implementing hospice care,nurses have complex negative emotions,so attention should be paid to the emotional changes of nurses.Nurses'understanding of hospice care concepts should be enhanced.The training of nursingpatient communication skills and spiritual care skills should be improved.The communication skills and spiritual care skills between nurses and patients should be improved.
