Establishment of"Cloud Pharmacy"Service Mode Based on Internet and Cloud Computing Technology

目的创建新型药学服务模式——“云药房”,实现药学服务模式创新。方法“云药房”主要针对复诊患者、慢性病患者和部分常见病患者,以医院移动医疗软件为切入口,实现患者线上问诊,医生线上诊断、线上开方、线上结算,药师线上审方配药,药品快递到家的全流程服务。结果在新冠疫情期间,“云药房”发挥紧急应对作用,确保了突发公共卫生事件时医院药事服务正常有序开展。在非疫情时期,“云药房”可以减少慢性病患者往返医院的频率,方便患者获取药品,提高患者满意度,和谐医患关系,医生可以更方便地跟踪管理慢性病患者。结论基于互联网和云计算技术创建的“云药房”是便捷患者用药的有效模式,是药学部门响应国家“互联网+医疗”改革的重要创新。

Objective To create a new pharmaceutical care model-"cloud pharmacy"and realize the innovation of pharmaceutical care model.Methods"Cloud pharmacy"was mainly aimed at the follow-up patients,patients with chronic diseases and some common diseases.With the hospital mobile medical software as the entry point,it realized the whole process service of online consultation of patients,online diagnosis by doctors,online prescription,online settlement,online prescription preparation by pharmacists,and drug delivery to home.Results During the epidemic situation in COVID-19,"Cloud pharmacy"played an emergency response role,ensuring the normal and orderly development of hospital pharmacy service in case of public health emergencies.In the non-epidemic period,"cloud pharmacy"can reduce the frequency of patients with chronic diseases visiting hospitals,facilitate patients to obtain medicines,improve patient satisfaction,and harmonize the relationship between doctors and patients.Doctors can track and manage patients with chronic diseases more conveniently.Conclusion The"cloud pharmacy"based on Internet and cloud computing technology is an effective mode to facilitate patients'medication,and it is an important innovation of pharmacy department in response to the national"Internet+medical care"reform.
