SHEL模式在ICU患者院内感染防控中的应用研究

Application of SHEL Model in Prevention and Control of Nosocomial infection in ICU Patients

目的 将SHEL模式应用于ICU患者院内感染防控中,并探讨其对院感发生率和对ICU工作满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月的419位ICU患者纳入对照组,2020年1—12月的426位ICU患者纳入试验组。对照组给予常规的院感防控措施,试验组在其基础上实施SHEL模式下的ICU院感防控方案,比较两组患者院内感染发生率和对ICU工作的满意度。结果 试验组患者院内感染发生率及投诉事件发生率明显低于对照组,对ICU工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 SHEL模式能够有效减少ICU患者的院内感染发生率,提高患者对ICU工作的满意度。

Objective To apply SHEL model to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in ICU patients,and to explore its influence on the incidence of nosocomial infection and satisfaction in ICU.Methods 419 ICU patients from January to December 2019 were selected into the control group,and 426 ICU patients from January to December 2020 were selected into the experimental group.The control group was given routine hospital infection prevention and control measures,and the experimental group was given the SHEL mode ICU hospital infection prevention and control program on the basis of routine infection prevention and control measures.The incidence of nosocomial infection and patients'satisfaction of ICU work were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and complaints in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of ICU work was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion SHEL mode can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU patients and improve their satisfaction with ICU work.
