新冠疫情期间发热门诊流程优化及效果分析

Process Optimization and Effect Analysis of Fever Clinic during COVID-19 Epidemic

目的 探讨流程优化与智能化改造对发热门诊预诊分诊效率及患者、医务人员情绪的影响。方法 以2021年6月—2021年12月于发热门诊就诊的150例患者为对照组(常规流程),以2022年1月—2022年6月150例患者为干预组(诊疗流程优化与智能化改造),对两组预诊分诊效率及患者、医务人员情绪变化进行评价。结果 干预组分诊质量评分、预诊分诊规范率及就诊次序、问诊筛查规范率高于对照组(p<0.05);干预组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、恐惧视觉模拟评分(FAVS)评分均低于对照组,医院人员心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分及患者中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 对发热门诊诊疗流程进行优化与智能化改造,可提高预诊分诊效率,改善医务人员及患者的负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of process optimization and intellectualized reconstruction on the efficiency of pre-diagnosis and triage and the emotions of patients and medical staffs in fever clinic.Methods A total of 150 patients who visited the fever clinic from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group(routine process),and 150 patients from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the intervention group(optimized process after intellectualized reconstruction).The efficiency of pre-diagnosis and triage and the emotional changes of patients and medical staff in the two groups were evaluated.Results The score of triage quality,the standard pre-diagnosis and triage rate,the order of visits and the standard inquiry and screening rate of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Fear Visual Analog Score(FAVS)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Chinese Perceptual Psychological Stress Scale(CPSS)were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The optimization and intellectualized reconstruction of fever clinic process can improve the efficiency of pre-diagnosis and triage,and improve the negative emotions of medical staffs and patients.
