破“五唯”与医学科研诚信建设相关问题探讨

科研诚信对从事科学研究人员成长发展起着导向性作用,是推动医院科研高质量发展的基石,是科学研究公认的行为规范和道德准绳。为营造良好学术生态,实现科研可持续发展,医院要加大力度推进科研诚信体系建设,强化科研监管制度,推动科研由量变到质变。本文结合我国现行的医学科研诚信相关政策,对医学科研诚信体系建设存在的问题及解决对策进行探讨。

Research integrity plays a guiding role in the growth and development of scientific researchers.It is the cornerstone to promote high-quality development of hospital scientific research,and is the recognized code of conduct and ethical criteria for scientific research.In order to create a good academic ecology and realize the sustainable development of scientific research,hospitals should further promote research integrity system construction,strengthen research supervision system,and promote researches from the quantitative to the qualitative.Based on the current policies of medical research integrity in China,this paper discusses the existing problems in medical research integrity system construction and their solutions.
