摘要
目的探讨中国颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病研究的分布、发展趋势及研究重点。方法自建库至2022年12月23日,通过检索中国知网、Web of Science数据库收录的颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病中国发表文献,提取关键词、作者、发表文献的机构、地域等信息。将全时间段检索结果中发表文献占比最高的年限确定为本研究主要研究年限。应用VOSviewer、CiteSpace等软件绘制作者合作图谱、关键词聚类图谱、突变关键词图谱,以可视化的方法展示中国颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病领域的研究现状,探测其研究热点和发展趋势。结果(1)通过中国知网数据库共检索到中文期刊文献8671篇,其中2000—2022年为7713篇,占比89.0%。在Web of Science数据库中检索到中国发表文献2456篇,其中2000—2022年2422篇,占比98.6%。本研究以2000—2022年为研究年限。(2)发表文献地域和机构分布:2000—2022年,中国颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病中文文献数量以河南省(891篇)、广东省(814篇)、北京市(802篇)产出最多,英文文献以北京市(762篇)产出最多;发表于中文期刊的文献数量以首都医科大学宣武医院居首位(144篇),发表于英文期刊的文献数量以首都医科大学及其附属医院最多(479篇)。(3)中文文献核心作者群体包括缪中荣(52篇)、王拥军(46篇)、刘新峰(44篇)等,英文文献核心作者群体包括黄家星(117篇)、缪中荣(73篇)、王拥军(71篇)等。(4)研究热点及趋势包括椎-基底动脉供血不足、后循环缺血或脑缺血、动脉粥样硬化等。结论近22年,中国颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病研究的整体发表文献数量呈上升趋势,研究方向涉及疾病的成因、诊疗、评估、管理等方面;以拥有神经病学科优势的科研团体、医疗机构为发表文献的主力。对于颅内动脉狭窄相关疾病的诊断价值、再狭窄、MRI、分子机制、并发症、地区种群特点、大样本临床试验等可能是未来该领域研究的热点和方向。
Objective To investigate the distribution,development trend and research focus of intracranial arterial stenosis studies in China.Methods The relevant literature on intracranial arterial stenosis was retrieved through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science core collection database,from the date of database establishment to December 23,2022.The period with the highest proportion of published literature in the search results of the whole period was determined as the main research period of this study,and the information such as keywords,authors,institutions,and regions of the literature in this period was extracted.VOSviewer version software,CiteSpace software were used to plot keywords cluster tree,co-occurence network of mutation keywords,cooperation among authors and collaboration among research institutions.Results(1)A total of 8671 Chinese journal literatures were retrieved from CNKI database,of which 7713 were published from 2000 to 2022,accounting for 89.0%of the total publications.A total of 2456 articles published in China were retrieved from the Web of Science database,of which 2422 articles were published in English from 2000 to 2022,accounting for 98.6%of the number of articles.The study period was from 2000 to 2022.(2)Geographical and institutional distribution of published literature:from 2000 to 2022,Henan Province(891 articles),Guangdong Province(814 articles),and Beijing(802 articles)had more Chinese literatures on intracranial artery stenosis-related diseases in China,and Beijing(762 articles)produced the most English literature.Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University ranked the first in Chinese journals(144 articles),and Capital Medical University and its affiliated hospitals ranked the largest in English journals(479 articles).(3)The core author group of Chinese literature included Miao Zhongrong(52 articles),Wang Yongjun(46 articles),Liu Xinfeng(44 articles),etc.,and the core author group of English literature included Wong Kasing(117 articles),Miao Zhongrong(73 articles),Wang Yongjun(71 articles),etc.(4)The research hotspots and trends included inadequate blood supply to the vertebrobasilar artery,posterior circulation ischemia or cerebral ischemia,and atherosclerosis.Conclusions In recent 22 years,the number of published literatures related to intracranial artery stenosis in China has been on the rise,with the research directions involving the causes,diagnosis and treatment,evaluation and management of diseases.Scientific research organizations and medical institutions with advantages in neurology are the main contributors to the publication of literature.The diagnostic value,restenosis,MRI,neuroprotection,molecular mechanisms,complications,regional population characteristics,and large sample clinical trials of intracranial artery stenosis-related diseases may be the focus and direction for future research in this field.
