“海洋石油162”是国内首座移动式试采平台,也是功能最完善的移动式试采装备。“海洋石油162”由于存在试采区域变化大、装备参数变动大、管理运营资料少、无安全生产管理先例可循等特点,因此,要将多年大型装备管理的经验与现场实际情况相结合,在平台推行安全生产标准化管理策略,通过现场不断地创新与改进,以适应不同区域油气田的不同情况,力求为平台安全生产运营提升提供有效方法。

HYSY 162 platform is the first mobile test production platform in China and the most complete mobile test production equipment in the world.Due to the characteristics of HYSY 162 platform,such as large variation of test production area,large variation of equipment parameters,little management and operation data,and no precedents of safety production management to follow,it is necessary to combine many years of experience in large-scale equipment management with the actual situation on site to implement the safety production standardization management strategy on the platform,and adapt to the different conditions of oil and gas fields in different regions through continuous innovation and improvement on the site,so as to provide effective methods for the safe production and operation improvement of the platform.
