海洋石油161平台参照固定平台动力计算对比研究

摘要 鉴于海洋石油161平台作业的长期站立不移动特殊性,参考《海上固定平台入级与建造规范》和《浅海固定平台建造与检验规范》要求,基于有限元方法建模,计算分析各阶模态对应的频率,通过不同方向谐响应分析进一步论证该平台在正常生产作业使用期间是安全稳定的。通过计算,并结合平台平面布置图,避免了平台的短边与波浪的主浪向平行,进一步保证了平台的安全性。通过谱分析,发现随机波浪作用下,结构在上述波浪频率及前三阶模态对应的频率会发生整体幅值较小的共振现象,但经过计算不会对结构产生破坏。相关研究可为海洋石油161平台的长期作业提供安全依据。 In view of the particularity of HYSY 161 platform’s long-term standing and immobility,this paper,referring to the requirements of the Code for Classification and Construction of Fixed Offshore Platforms and the Code for Construction and Inspection of Fixed Offshore Platforms,calculates and analyzes the frequencies corresponding to each mode based on the finite element method,and further demonstrates that the platform is safe and stable during the use of normal production operations through harmonic response analysis in different directions.Through calculation,combined with the platform layout plan,the short side of the platform is avoided to be parallel to the main wave direction of the wave,further ensuring the safety of the platform.Through spectrum analysis,it is found that under the action of random waves,the resonance phenomenon with small overall amplitude will occur in the structure at the above wave frequencies and the frequencies corresponding to the first three modes,but the structure will not be damaged after calculation.Relevant research can provide safety basis for long-term operation of HYSY 161 platform.
