Purification of Industrial Waste Salt by Advanced Oxidation Method

摘要 由于工业废盐存在成分复杂、毒性大、处置成本高和危害环境严重等问题,为实现工业废盐的高效转化,利用高沸点酸制低沸点酸的原理,提出了高级氧化工艺处理工业废盐,使工业废盐转化为高纯度的硫酸盐。以煤制甲醇产生的工业废盐为原料,通过氧化反应进行纯化,分别研究了加入水与浓硫酸(≥98%)的体积比、反应温度和每克工业废盐需要的稀硫酸用量这3个因素对产物(硫酸盐)产率的影响。采用傅里叶红外、XRD、扫描电镜以及EDS进行表征,得到的最佳反应参数为水与浓硫酸的体积比1∶2、反应温度110℃和稀硫酸加入量1.5 mL·g^(-1),在此条件下硫酸盐产率达到93.98%。此工艺可以达到无害化处置、资源化利用、工业废盐合理排放的目的。 Industrial waste salt has problems such as complex composition,high toxicity,high disposal cost and serious environmental hazard.In order to realize the high-efficiency conversion of industrial waste salt,based on the principle of high-boiling point acid to produce low-boiling point acid,an advanced oxidation process to treat industrial waste salt was and proposed to convert industrial waste salt into high-purity sulfate.The industrial waste salt produced from coal-to-methanol was used as raw material and purified by oxidation reaction.The influence of the volume ratio of added water and concentrated sulfuric acid(≥98%),the reaction temperature and the amount of dilute sulfuric acid required per gram of industrial waste salt on the product(sulfate)were studied.By using Fourier infrared,XRD,scanning electron microscopy,and EDS characterization,the best reaction parameters were obtained as follows:the volume ratio of water to concentrated sulfuric acid 1∶2,the reaction temperature 110℃,and the addition amount of dilute sulfuric acid 1.5 mL·g^(-1).Under these conditions,the sulfate yield reached 93.98%.This process can achieve the purpose of harmless disposal,resource utilization,and reasonable discharge of industrial waste salt.
