摘要
常规稳定分层注水通过地层原有孔隙、裂缝向地层回注大量的水,一定程度上解决了注水段间的均质差异问题,但容易出现因注入水水质不合格,导致堵塞地层,造成注入压力逐渐升高,为解决此问题,提出了脉动注水解堵增注技术,并开展了脉动解堵实验研究。从水力脉动对无机垢和有机垢的解堵方面开展相关实验研究分析,实验现象表明,水力脉动可产生低频、高幅压力和震动波使地层形成裂缝网和破碎堵塞物,可有效抑制无机垢的沉降,剥离有机垢,解除堵塞,增大渗流通道,减小流动阻力,进而增大渗透率,为油流提供有效通道,提高采收率,最终达到改善水驱开发效果的目的。
The conventional stable layered water injection process reinjects a large amount of water into the formation through the original pores and cracks of the formation,which solves the problem of homogeneity difference between the water injection sections to a certain extent,but it is easy to block the formation and cause the injection pressure increase due to the unqualified water quality of the injected water.To solve this problem,the technique of pulsation injection and hydrolysis plugging and increasing injection was proposed,and experimental research on pulsation plugging removal was carried out.Relevant experimental research and analysis on the removal of inorganic and organic scale by hydraulic pulsation were carried out.The experimental phenomenon showed that hydraulic pulsation could generate low-frequency,high-amplitude pressure and shock waves to form fracture networks and break blockages in the formation,which can effectively inhibit inorganic scales sedimentation,strip organic fouling,remove blockage,increase the seepage channel,reduce the flow resistance,and then increase the permeability,provide an effective channel for oil flow,increase the recovery rate,ultimately achieving the goal of improving the water-flooding development effect.
