摘要
甘蔗渣是甘蔗经压榨并提汁后剩余的残渣,也是一种重要的可再生生物质资源。近些年来,随着环保力度的不断加大,使得我国活性炭产业迅速发展,将甘蔗渣制备成活性炭也是其高值化利用的一种途径。对甘蔗渣的组成结构与性质进行简要阐述,综述了甘蔗渣活性炭的制备和改性方法、常用活化剂(KOH、ZnCl_(2)、H_(3)PO_(4))的活化机理和甘蔗渣活性炭的应用,并展望了今后甘蔗渣活性炭的研究方向,为进一步提高甘蔗渣活性炭的性能及拓宽其应用领域提供参考。
Sugarcane bagasse is the residue of sugarcane after crushing and juice extraction.It is also an important renewable resource.In recent years,with the continuous increase of environmental protection,the activated carbon industry in China has developed rapidly.The preparation of activated carbon from sugarcane bagasse is one of the development directions of high-value utilization of sugarcane bagasse.The composition,structure and properties of sugarcane bagasse were briefly described.The preparation methods and modification methods of sugarcane bagasse activated carbon,the activation mechanism of common activators(KOH,ZnCl_(2),H_(3)PO_(4))and the application of sugarcane bagasse activated carbon were reviewed.The research direction of sugarcane bagasse activated carbon in the future was prospected,which could provide some reference for further improving the performance of sugarcane bagasse activated carbon and broadening its application fields.
