摘要
目前的暂堵剂系列产品存在封堵强度不够、耐温稳定性差、低温溶解性差、溶解后残渣较多对储层伤害大、成本高等问题,针对这些缺点,研制出一种高性能、低成本、低伤害的降解可调暂堵剂。实验研究表明:采用新型易降解可调节暂堵剂材料施工效果好,能有效提升压裂效率,从而提升油井产量;同时,其生物毒性较低,易降解,表现出良好的环境适应性,满足生产施工过程中的环保要求。现场试验表明:暂堵剂应用配套技术方案成功实现了封堵老缝、压开新缝的施工目的;同时试验井施工后日产油量增长89%~92%,含水率下降48%~55%。
The current temporary plugging agent series products have the problems of insufficient plugging strength,poor temperature resistance stability,poor low temperature solubility,large amount of residue after dissolution,great damage to the reservoir,and high cost.Aiming at these shortcomings,a degradable and adjustable temporary plugging agent with high performance,low cost and low damage was developed.The experimental research showed that the new easily degradable and adjustable temporary plugging agent material had good construction effect,could effectively improve the fracturing efficiency,and thus increased the oil well production.Field tests showed that,the application of temporary plugging agent supporting technical scheme successfully achieved the construction purpose of plugging old fractures and opening new fractures;at the same time,after the construction of the test well,the daily oil production increased by 89%~92%,and the water content decreased by 48%~55%.
