陈化稻谷掺混小麦生产燃料乙醇的调浆液化过程黏度研究

摘要 超期贮存的稻谷、小麦,不能作为口粮,可由饲料加工或酒精制造企业消纳。各家工厂在实践中逐渐摸索了稻谷、小麦掺混其他原料生产燃料乙醇的工艺,积攒了宝贵的生产经验,但对于使用不同比例的陈化稻谷和小麦,缺乏调浆液化过程黏度变化研究。利用快速黏度分析仪研究不同温度下调浆液化过程中黏度变化,优化陈化稻谷和小麦的原料比例,并开展发酵验证,对工厂利用陈化稻谷和小麦原料生产过程中的原料配比选择和调浆液化工艺调整提供一定参考。 Over-storage rice and wheat can not be used as food,but can be processed by feed factories or alcohol factories.In practice,factories explored fuel ethanol production by over-storage rice and wheat blending other raw materials and accumulated valuable experience in production.There is a lack of research on the changes of viscosity during slurry mixing and liquefaction for the use of different proportions of over-storage rice and wheat.The viscosity changes during the process of slurry mixing and liquefaction at different temperatures were studied by RVA,the raw material mixing proportion of over-storage rice and wheat was optimized,and the fermentation experiment was carried out.The paper can provide reference to factories for adjusting the proportion of raw materials and adjusting the slurry mixing and liquefaction process in ethanol production by over-storage rice and wheat.
