摘要 目的 构建基于CDIO教育理念的CBL教学模式,并探讨其在外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 方便选取我校2018级护理专业两个班106名专科生为对照组,2019级两个班110名学生为观察组。在外科护理教学中对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用基于CDIO教育理念的CBL教学模式,课程结束后比较两组学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力及评判性思维能力。结果 观察组的理论及实训成绩、自主学习能力均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。观察组的评判性思维能力测量表在求知欲、寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心及认知成熟度6个维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,两组开放思想维度得分比较差异无统计学意义。结论 基于CDIO教育理念的CBL模式可提高教学效果,促进学生自主学习能力及评判性思维能力的提高。 Objective Construct the CBL teaching mode based on CDIO education concept,and explore its application effect in surgical nursing teaching.Methods It is convenient to select 106 junior college students from two classes of nursing major of 2018 as the control group,and 110 students from two classes of 2019 as the observation group.In the teaching of surgical nursing,the control group adopted the conventional learning mode,and the observation group adopted the CBL teaching mode based on CDIO education concept.After the course,the academic performance,independent learning ability and judging thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical training performance and independent learning ability of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The theoretical and practical training performance and independent learning ability of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,including curiosity,truth seeking,analysis ability,systematization ability,confidence and cognitive maturity,and also exceeded that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the open thought dimension scores between the two groups.Conclusion The CBL mode based on CDIO education concept can improve the teaching effect and promote the improvement of students′independent learning ability and judging thinking ability.
