摘要
比较两种技能培训室开放模式取得的效果,探索新的开放模式的合理性和有效性。新的开放模式有助于提高参与者的综合素质及满意度;有助于提高培训人员的临床技能水平和岗位胜任力,促进优质资源整合与共享,发挥培训室开放的最大益处。
Compare the effects of the two opening modes of skill training room and explore the rationality and effectiveness of the new opening mode.The new opening mode helps to improve the comprehensive quality and satisfaction of participants;it is helpful to improve the clinical skills and post competency of trainers,promotes the integration and sharing of high-quality resources,and maximizes the benefits of open training rooms.
