摘要
目的 了解临床护士领导力现状,分析其影响因素,为制订提升临床护士领导力的相关策略提供依据。方法 抽取辽宁省5所三级甲等综合性医院的护士进行问卷调查。结果 护士领导力自评量表均分为(3.87±0.63)分。年龄、文化程度、有无睡眠障碍、科室、每月夜班情况、每月加班情况、是否发生过护理不良事件、在工作场所是否遭受过暴力是临床护士领导力的影响因素。结论 临床护士领导力总体处于中等水平,各级医院护理管理部门应采取有效措施,进一步提升临床护士的领导力。
Objective To understand the current situation of leadership among clinical nurses,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a basis for formulating strategies to improve clinical nurse leadership.Methods Nurses from Grade A comprehensive hospitals in Liaoning Province were selected for a questionnaire survey.Results The average score of the self-rated nurse leadership score was(3.87±0.63).Age,education level,presence of sleep disorders,department,monthly night shift situation,monthly overtime situation,occurrence of nursing adverse events,and violence experienced in the workplace were identified as the influencing factors of clinical nurse leadership.Conclusion The overall level of clinical nurse leadership is at a moderate level.Nursing management departments at all levels of hospitals should take effective measures to further enhance the leadership of clinical nurses.
