Research on the Labor Education System Construction for Higher Vocational College Students

新时代发展阶段下开展高职院校劳动教育体系构建是实现立德树人的根本要求,加强高职院校学生劳动教育体系构建势在必行。目前,高职院校对劳动教育体系的重视程度不够,不能充分彰显劳动教育的作用和价值。因此,以高职院校为研究对象,阐述高职院校劳动体育教育的功能和价值,探讨高职院校劳动体育教育的现状,进而探索出高职院校学生劳动教育体系构建的路径,完善高职院校的劳动教育体系,构建多元化的劳动教育体系。

In the new era, it is the fundamental requirement for morality education to carry out the labor education system construction in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, strengthening the system construction of labor education for higher vocational college students is inevitable. At present, higher vocational colleges don’t pay much attention to labor education system which cannot manifest the value and function of labor education. Taking higher vocational colleges as examples, this paper illustrates the function and value of labor education, analyzes the current situation of labor education, and explores the construction path of labor education system in order to improve the labor education system and build diversified education system.
