面向实践应用的教育理论理解力

摘要 在教育理论的实践应用过程中,拥有对教育理论进行整体把握的能力是一个非常重要的保障。当前教育理论的日趋多元化发展,导致其总体上不容易被把握。变换的理论逻辑、复杂的理论结构和精致的语言表述,使得人们理解教育理论变得愈加困难。从理解本身的内涵来看,理解是思想参与其中的一种思维活动,是对事物本质、事物与主体关系的整体把握。实践应用者对教育理论的理解力主要表现为能够把握教育理论的整体以及自身与教育理论的关系,这是在教育实践中应用教育理论的前提条件。提升实践应用者的教育理论理解力的主要策略有:加强对自身教育实践的基础理解,拓展对教育理论的积累和元认识,学习解析教育理论核心要素间的依赖关系,提升教育理论语言解释能力,投入教育精神生活与世界等。 In the process of the practical application of educational theory,the ability to grasp educational theory as a whole is a very important guarantee.With the increasingly diversified development of the current educational theory,it is not easy to grasp as a whole.It is more difficult for people to understand educational theory because of its changeable theoretical logic,complicated theoretical structure and exquisite language expression.From the perspective of the connotation of understanding itself,understanding is a kind of thinking activity in which thought participates,and it is the overall grasp of essence of things,the relationship between things and subjects.The understanding of educational theory of practical users is mainly manifested in their ability to grasp the whole of educational theory and their relationship with educational theory,which is a prerequisite for the application of educational theory in educational practice.The main strategies to improve the practical users′understanding of educational theory include strengthening the basic understanding of their own educational practice,expanding the accumulation and meta-understanding of educational theory,learning to analyze the dependence relationship between the core elements of educational theory,improving the language interpretation ability of educational theory,and getting into the spiritual life and world of education.
