摘要
随着中小学课程自主权的下放,学校课程向特色化、多样化发展,建设富有特色的学校课程体系成为推动中小学课程改革的重要途径。但由于受学校教育哲学缺失、学校课程领导力不足、学校相关制度不健全等因素制约和影响,学校课程体系建设还存在较少关注学生需要、过分追求数量以及支持系统薄弱等问题。为此,需要提炼学校教育哲学思想、加强学校课程领导力建设以及建立相应的支持与保障制度来确保学校课程体系建设的完整性、逻辑性和深刻性。
With the decentralization of curriculum autonomy in primary and secondary schools,school curricula have been developed towards specialization and diversification.The construction of a distinctive school curriculum system has become an important way to promote the reform of primary and secondary school curriculum.However,due to the lack of the philosophy of school education,lack of school curriculum leadership,imperfect school related system,there are still problems in the construction of the school curriculum system,such as less attention to student needs,excessive pursuit of quantity,and weak support systems.Therefore,it is necessary to refine the philosophy of school education,strengthen the construction of school curriculum leadership,and establish corresponding support and security systems to ensure the integrity,logicality,and profundity of the construction of the school curriculum system.
