摘要
构建教师专业学习共同体是促进教师交流与合作,实现教师持续专业发展的有效途径。新加坡在政府政策的推动下成为世界上第一个在全国范围内实施教师专业学习共同体模式的国家。在20多年的实践中,其参与主体、实施环境以及实施方法等得到不断加强与改善,并注重专业学习共同体建设的本土化,强调多元主体参与,重视学校内外系统建设。借鉴新加坡PLC的经验,我国教研组可以进行以下探索:发挥专业学习共同体建设的优势,重视本土化建设;加强多元主体共建,细化支持方式;持续完善学校内部建设,构建开放的专业学习共同体体系。
Constructing a teachers′professional learning community is an effective way to promote teachers′communication and cooperation and achieve their sustainable professional development.Driven by government policies,Singapore has become the first country in the world to implement the teachers′professional learning community model for nationwide.In more than 20 years of practice,its participants,implementation environment and implementation methods have been continuously strengthened and improved,with emphasis on the localization of the construction of the professional learning community,the participation of multiple subjects,and the construction of systems inside and outside the schools.Drawing on the experience of PLC in Singapore,China can conduct the following explorations in the pratice of teaching research group:giving full play to the advantages of constructing the professional learning community and attaching importance to the localization construction,strengthening multi-subject joint construction and refining support methods,continuing to improve the school′s internal construction and establishing an open professional learning community system.
