计及多源互补特性的新型电力系统分布式电源承载能力评估 被引量:3

摘要 合理地评估配电系统的分布式电源承载能力是构建以新能源为核心新型电力系统的关键保障,针对当前分布式电源承载能力评估方法尚未建立体系化的评估指标体系,以及未考虑多源互补等问题,提出了计及多源互补特性的新型电力系统分布式电源承载能力评估方法。首先,构建了配电系统分布式电源承载能力评估架构,并分析了分布式电源承载能力的影响因素;其次,提出了计及热稳定性、短路电流、电压偏差、谐波等多维度的分布式电源承载能力评估指标体系及计算方法,并提出了分布式电源承载能力的评估流程;最后,通过实际算例仿真验证了文中所提方法的有效性与适用性。 A reasonable assessment of the bearing capacity of distributed power sources of the distribution system is a key guarantee for the construction of a new power system with new energy sources as the core.In view of the fact that the current distributed new energy bearing capacity assessment method has not yet established a systematic assessment index system and has not taken into account multi-sources complementarity,a new distributed new energy bearing capacity assessment method for power systems that takes into account the characteristics of multi-sources complementarity is proposed.Firstly,a distributed new energy bearing capacity assessment framework is constructed and the influencing factors of distributed new energy bearing capacity are analysed.Secondly,a multi-dimensional distributed power bearing capacity assessment index system and calculation method taking into account thermal stability,short-circuit current,voltage deviation and harmonics are proposed,and the assessment process of distributed new energy bearing capacity is proposed.Finally,the validity and applicability of the proposed method are verified through actual case simulation.
