摘要
为解决锅炉/加热炉燃油(气)燃烧器及安全联锁保护装置检测现场不可控因素多、炉内没有介质或没有燃气供应则无法进行检测的问题,消除热态不间断重启中存在的安全风险,减少检测工作耗费的时间,本文通过对联锁保护装置冷态无线检测技术进行研究,研发了一种新型的检测仪器,解决了制约检测工作正常开展的难题,提高了检测效率并保障了检测人员的人身安全。
In order to solve the problem that the boiler/heating furnace fuel(gas)burner and safety interlock protection device has uncontrollable factors in detection site and can not be detected if there is no medium or no gas supply in the furnace,eliminate the safety risk in hot state uninterrupted restart,reduce the time spent on the detection work,in the paper,through the research of interlock protection device cold wireless detection technology,a new type of detection instrument is developed,which can solve the problem of restricting the normal development of the testing work,improve the detection efficiency and ensure the personal safety of the inspectors.
