摘要
为解决低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)自增强反应管缺乏有效检测手段的问题,通过自主研发内穿式旋转涡流检测专用设备,实现了对超设计使用年限的LDPE自增强反应管内壁的检测研究工作。研究发现:内穿旋转式涡流检测系统对开口缺陷检测灵敏度最高可达0.3 mm宽当量,且能够实现对缺陷的准确定位;通过4个独立可选频率相位的硬件设计和低噪声同步滤波方法,使得系统在具备较高检测灵敏度的同时,有效识别内壁异物所引起的噪声。通过为超设计使用年限的在役LDPE反应管开展涡流检测,为反应管的延寿安全使用奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problem of the lack of effective detection methods for LDPE auto-frettage tubular reactor,the rotary eddy-current testing were done on inner surface of LDPE autofrettage tubular reactor with exceed the design service life through independent R&D special equipment.It is found that the defect sensitivity of the eddy-current testing system is up to 0.3 mm wide equivalent,and the defect can be located accurately through the hardware design of four independent optional frequency phases and the low-noise synchronous filtering method,the system has high sensitivity and can effectively identify the noise caused by foreign body on the inner surface.The eddy-current testing of LDPE autofrettage tubular reactor with exceed the design service life is carried out,which lays a foundation for the life extension safe use of the tubular reactors.
