电站阀门检验中的问题分析

摘要 电站阀门作为电站锅炉的重要承压部件,其安全性能关乎整个锅炉的安全运行。本文通过对电站锅炉范围内电站阀门检验发现问题的分析,从宏观检查、表面检测、光谱分析、金相检测等方面对电站阀门检验结果进行了统计和分析,总结了铸钢阀门缺陷产生的原因和类型特点,提出了详细的检验方案和监管建议,为今后电站阀门的检验提供了依据,也为相关标准法规的修订提供了参考。 As an important pressure component of power station,the safety performance of power station valves is related to the safe operation of the whole boiler.Through the analysis of the problems found in the inspection of power station valves within the scope of power station boilers,and the statistics and analysis of the inspection results of power station valves from the aspects of macro inspection,surface inspection,spectral analysis,metallographic inspection,etc.,this paper summarizes the causes and types of defects of cast steel valves,and puts forward detailed inspection plans and supervision suggestions,which provide a basis for the inspection of power station valves in the future,it also provides a reference for the revision of relevant standards and regulations.
