一起氧气管道补偿器燃爆事故案例分析

摘要 本文介绍了一起氧气管道补偿器燃爆事故。通过对事故现场勘察分析、查阅管道安装技术资料、对管道材质取样进行化学分析、断口分析、理化分析及力学性能试验,找出了事故直接原因是管道安装质量存在问题,吹扫打靶不彻底留下安全隐患;间接原因是管道中的氧气流速瞬时增大,带动管内残留的杂质颗粒流动,与氧气管道补偿器内壁发生摩擦产生的火花燃爆了补偿器。建议在以后的氧气管道安装中加强关键节点的质量控制,并优化炼钢用氧的操作工艺,避免同类事故再次发生。 An explosion accident of an oxygen pipeline compensator was introduced.Through the investigation and analysis of the accident site,access to the technical data of pipeline installation,chemical analysis,fracture analysis,physical and chemical analysis and mechanical performance test of the pipeline material sampling,it was found that the direct cause of the accident was the pipeline.There is a problem with the installation quality,and there are potential safety hazards left by incomplete purging and targeting;the indirect reason is that the oxygen flow rate in the pipeline increases instantaneously,which drives the flow of the remaining impurity particles in the pipeline,and the sparks generated by friction with the inner wall of the oxygen pipeline compensator explode.It is recommended to strengthen the quality control of key nodes in the installation of oxygen pipelines in the future,and optimize the operation process of oxygen used in steelmaking to avoid the recurrence of similar accidents.
