摘要
新一代信息通信技术、人工智能技术与先进制造技术的深度融合,催生了新一代智能制造——数字化网络化智能化制造。新一代智能制造表现出许多新的特征,云边集成和协同便是主要特征之一。本文分析了云边协同智能制造系统的特点及面临的挑战,综合商务云平台、制造云平台、边缘计算、物联网给出一个商产融合的云边协同智能制造系统框架,并对所涉及的关键技术进行了讨论。
The deep integration of new generation of information and communication technology and new generation of artificial intelligence technology and advanced manufacturing technology has given birth to a new generation of intelligent manufacturing called digital networked intelligent manufacturing.The new generation of intelligent manufacturing shows many new features,one of which is the cloud-edge integration and collaboration.This paper analyzes the characteristics and challenges of cloud-edge collaborative intelligent manufacturing system,and presents a framework of cloud-edge collaborative intelligent manufacturing system based on the integration of business cloud platform,manufacturing cloud platform,edge computing and Internet of Things.Key technologies involved in the framework are discussed.
