中国数字金融发展的区域差异与动态演进 被引量:2

摘要 本文基于2011-2020年中国31个省(市)的数字金融发展指数,从全国和区域两个维度出发,使用基尼系数测算中国数字金融发展水平的地区差异,基于核密度估计探讨其空间分布状态,并进一步采用传统和空间马尔科夫链方法系统考察地区间数字金融发展水平的内部流动性和空间动态演进特征。研究结果表明:(1)我国数字金融发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但地区间差异较大,东西部地区差距最大,且有扩大态势;(2)不同地区数字金融发展的演变趋势趋同,部分地区“极化”现象明显,且不同地区数字金融的空间分布特征各异;(3)地区间数字金融发展水平的流动性随着数字金融水平的提高减弱,数字金融水平越高的地区稳定性越强,呈现“俱乐部”收敛特征。上述发现加深对我国数字金融发展的空间格局认知,并在此基础之上为缩小区域数字金融水平差异提供新的思路。 Based on the digital finance development index of 31 provinces(municipalities)from 2011 to 2020,this paper measures the regional differences of China s digital financial development level from the national and regional dimensions by using Gini coefficient,discusses the spatial distribution of nuclear density estimation,and further uses traditional and spatial Markov chain methods to systematically investigate the internal liquidity and spatial dynamic evolution characteristics of the digital financial development level between regions.The study finds that:(1)the overall level of China s digital financial development has improved year by year,but there are large differences between regions.The gap between the eastern and western regions is the largest,and there is an expanding trend.(2)the evolution trend of digital finance development in different regions tends to be the same,the phenomenon of“polarization”is obvious in some regions,and the spatial distribution of digital finance in different regions presents different distribution characteristics.(3)the liquidity of the inter regional digital financial development level has weakened with the improvement of the digital financial level.The higher the digital financial level is,the stronger the regional stability is,showing a“club”convergence feature.The above findings can not only help deepen the understanding of the development pattern of China s digital financial space,but also provide new ideas and policy inspiration for narrowing the regional differences in digital financial levels.
