老年科护士关怀能力及其与专业生活品质和工作家庭增益的相关性 被引量:2

Relationships of caring ability of nurses in geriatrics department with their professional life quality and work-family enrichment

摘要 目的了解老年科护士关怀能力、专业生活品质和工作家庭增益对其老年科护士关怀能力的影响。方法2020年12月-2021年1月选取沈阳市3所三级甲等综合医院的257名老年科护士为调查对象,采用人口学及一般资料调查问卷、专业生活品质量表、工作家庭增益量表和关怀能力量表进行问卷调查。结果老年科护士关怀能力得分为(191.11±22.80)分,总分及各维度的得分均低于国外常模,与慈心满意、工作家庭增益各维度成正相关,与工作倦怠以及二次创伤成负相关(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,老年科护士关怀能力与家庭工作心理性增益、工作家庭工具性增益、工作家庭心理性增益、工作倦怠有关,其解释老年科护士关怀能力59.8%的变异。结论老年科护士关怀能力普遍较低,应重视其关怀能力的影响因素,通过改善护士专业生活品质、提高工作家庭增益,以提升护士关怀能力,营造良好的护患关系。 Objective To investigate the current situations of caring ability,professional life quality and work-family enrichment of nurses in geriatrics department and explore the factors influencing their caring ability.Methods A total of 257 nurses in the geriatrics department of 3 general hospitals in Shenyang City were enrolled in this study during December 2020 and January 2021 through the convenience sampling method.The questionnaire survey was carried out with a demographic and general information questionnaire,a professional quality of life scale,a work-family enrichment questionnaire and a caring ability inventory.Results The total score of caring ability of the nurses was(191.11±22.80),lower than the foreign norm,and so it was with the score of each dimension.The caring ability was positively correlated with the compassion satisfaction and each dimension of work-family enrichment,but negatively correlated with the work burnout and second traumatic stress(all P<0.05).The multivariate regression analysis showed that their caring ability was related to the family-work psychogenous enrichment,work-family instrumental enrichment,work-family psychogenous enrichment and work burnout,which could explain 59.8%variation of the caring ability.Conclusions The caring ability of nurses in geriatrics department is generally low.By attaching importance to the influencing factors of their caring ability,we can enhance the nurses'humanistic caring ability and create a good nurse-patient relationship through improving their professional life quality and boosting their work-family enrichment.
