我国农作物秸秆在食用菌栽培中的利用现状及应用前景

Current Situation and Application Prospect of Edible Fungi Cultivated by Crop Straw in China

随着我国食用菌产业的快速发展,食用菌栽培原料的筛选、开发和优化成为我国众多研究学者的关注点。我国农作物秸秆资源丰富、种类众多,作为食用菌栽培原料具有巨大优势。但是目前,利用农作物秸秆栽培食用菌的产业壮大发展还有很多工作要做。通过对我国农作物秸秆在食用菌栽培中的利用现状进行梳理,分析了农作物秸秆栽培食用菌的优势及目前存在问题,为今后的研究提供参考。

With the rapid development of edible fungi industry in China,the screening,development and optimization of edible fungi cultivation materials have become the focus of researchers.China has rich crop straw resources with different types,which has great advantages as a raw material for edible fungi cultivation.However,there is still a lot of work need to be done in the growth and development of the industry of edible fungi cultivated by crop straw at present.Therefore,the current situation of the utilization of crop straw in the edible fungi cultivation in China were sorted out,the advantages and existing problems of crop straw cultivation of edible fungi were analyzed,and the reference for future research was provided.
