摘要
将分子系统学与经典形态地理学相结合,在对昆明食用菌研究所丝膜菌属馆藏标本进行分类学研究过程中发现2个中国新记录种,锈斑丝膜菌和尖穗担子丝膜菌,详尽描述了其形态特征、显微结构及与相近种类的区别,并提供显微结构照片和分子信息。
By combining molecular systematics and classical morphological geography,two new Chinese record species of Cystinarius rubiginosus and Cortinarius acutispissipes were found in the taxonomic study of the specimens of Cortinarius stored in Kunming Edible Fungi Research Institute.The macroscopic morphological and microstructure characteristics of the two species and their differences from similar species are described in detail.The microstructure photos and molecular information of the species are given.
