摘要
羊肚菌是一种珍稀食(药)用菌,具有很高的营养保健和药用价值,发展前景广阔。近年来,羊肚菌产业发展迅猛,已成为十堰市区域性特色食用菌主导产业之一,同时十堰市也是国内重要的羊肚菌产区之一。通过对十堰市羊肚菌产业现状进行分析,总结了十堰市羊肚菌产业发展中存在的问题,并提出选育优良品种、优化栽培模式、合理规划、发展精深加工等建议。
Morchella is a rare edible and medicinal fungus with high nutritional and medical value,which has broad prospects for development.In recent years,the Morchella industry has developed rapidly,and it has become one of the leading industries of regional characteristic edible fungi in Shiyan.At the same time,Shiyan is also one of the important producing areas of Morchella in China.This study analyzed and discussed the current situation of Morchella industry in Shiyan,summarized the problems existing in the development of Morchella industry in Shiyan,and put forward suggestions on breeding fine varieties,optimizing the mode of cultivation,rational planning,and developing intensive processing.
