摘要
在注浆工程中会不可避免地遇到复杂的水文地质环境,地下水的冲刷作用会导致浆液流失。为深入探讨动水中浆液的扩散情况,基于开源软件OpenFOAM建立动水中的注浆模型,研究浆液在动水中的扩散规律,分析不同黏度时变性、不同水流速度和注浆速率对浆液扩散规律的影响。研究结果表明:在动水影响下,浆液的扩散具有明显的非对称性;在垂直水流方向的扩散距离始终大于逆水方向;水流速度的增大和注浆速率的减小会导致浆液的扩散距离减小;水泥硅酸钠浆液与高聚物改性浆液在动水中扩散情况相似,在低水流速度中高聚物改性浆液加固效果较好。
A complex hydrogeological environment will encounter in grouting,and the erosion of groundwater will cause the loss of grout.To deeply explore slurry diffusion under hydrodynamic conditions,a grouting model is established based on the open-source software OpenFOAM.The law of slurry diffusion and its influencing factors are studied.Results show that slurry diffusion has obvious asymmetry under hydrodynamic conditions.The diffusion distance in the vertical water flow direction is always greater than that in the counter-current direction.The increase in water flow velocity and the decrease in grouting velocity decrease the diffusion distance of slurry.The diffusion of cement-sodium silicate is similar to that of polymer modified cement grout under hydrodynamic conditions but polymer modified cement grout has a better reinforcement effect at a low water flow velocity.
