“A-H加固方式”在结肠癌根治术后预防吻合口漏的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of"A-H reinforcement method"in preventing anastomotic leakage after radical surgery for colon cancer

目的:探讨“A-H加固方式”在结肠癌根治术后预防吻合口漏的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年7月至2020年1月淄博市中心医院收治的325例行结肠癌根治性术的患者的临床资料。其中行“A-H加固方式”145例(A-H组),行传统加固方式180例(传统组)。比较两组吻合口漏发生率、吻合时长及手术时长。结果:A-H组发生吻合口漏1例,传统组发生吻合口漏8例,两组吻合口漏发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(0.69%vs 4.45%,P<0.05)。A-H组平均手术时长为(210.762±31.088)min,传统组平均手术时长为(207.312±25.287)min,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结肠癌根治术中行“A-H加固方式”可以有效减少吻合口漏发生率,不会显著影响手术时长。

Objective:To discuss the effect of"A-H reinforcement method"in preventing anastomotic leakage after radical resection of colon cancer.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the data of 325 patients with radical surgery of colon cancer admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from July 2016 to January 2020,including 145 cases of"A-H reinforcement method"and 180 cases of traditional reinforcement method.The data on the case of anastomotic leakage,the length of anastomosis and the length of operation in the two groups.Results:Anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 case with the"A-H reinforcement method"and 8 cases with the traditional reinforcement method.The difference in incidence of anastomotic leakage was statistically significant(0.69%vs 4.45%,P<0.05).The average operation time of the"A-H reinforcement method"group was 210.762±31.088 min,and the average operation time of the traditional reinforcement method group was 207.312±25.287 min.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The"A-H reinforcement method"can effectively reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage and improve the reliability of the anastomosis,will not significantly affect the length of the operation.
