摘要
造纸法再造烟叶烘箱出口的分切水分,与烘箱风机频率呈线性变化规律。本文通过拟合该线性变化,归纳三种情况下的烘箱控制策略并应用,结果表明:造纸法再造烟叶的两个牌号XX-18与XX-06的烘箱后分切水分均值分别为18.12%和18.31%,稳定在工艺标准(17%~19%)范围内;标准偏差SD值分别为0.196%和0.225%,符合工艺要求的SD≤0.3%。关键的6#、7#烘箱温度也都在±0.3℃范围内波动,较为稳定,水分控制效果得到改善。
The outlet moisture content of the air driers of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco showed a linear changing with the frequency of the driers fan.By fitting the linear variation,this paper summarized the air driers fans control strategies under three conditions and applied them.As a result,the mean water contents of the two brands of paper-making reconstituted tobacco after air dries were 18.12%and 18.31%,respectively,within the range of the process standard(17%and 19%).SD values of standard deviation were 0.196%and 0.225%,respectively,and SD conforming to process requirements was less than 0.3%.The key air driers’temperature of 6#and 7#also fluctuated only within the range of±0.3℃,which was relatively stable.Water control was improved.
