粒化高炉矿渣粉改性沥青防水涂料性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了粒化高炉矿渣粉的加入对沥青防水涂料拉伸性能、粘结强度和耐水性的影响。结果表明,随着粒化高炉矿渣粉添加量的增加,改性沥青防水涂料的拉伸强度增大、断裂伸长率减小、吸水率降低,且无明显发白、空鼓、起泡的现象;改性后的沥青防水涂料与混凝土基材的粘结性较好,粘结强度最高可达1.39 MPa;SEM分析表明,粒化高炉矿渣粉改性后的沥青防水涂料界面结构更为致密。 The effect of granulated blast furnace slag powder on the tensile properties,adhesion strength and water resistance of asphalt waterproofing coating is studied.The results show that with the increase of the addition of granulated blast furnace slag powder,the tensile strength of the modified asphalt waterproofing coating increases,the elongation at break decreases,and the water absorption decreases,without obvious whitening,hollowing,and blistering;the modified asphalt waterproofing coating has good adhesion with concrete substrate,and the maximum adhesion strength can reach 1.39 MPa;SEM analysis shows that the interface structure of the asphalt waterproofing coating modified by granulated blast furnace slag powder is more compact.
