中建海峡商务广场项目地下建筑体量大,地下室顶板与裙楼屋面都存在大量种植需求,对防水尤其是耐根穿刺防水层要求较高。为保证防水效果,该项目设计采用聚氨酯防水涂料与PVC防水卷材,形成物理阻根防水系统,并对穿墙管、穿墙群管、侧墙顶板交圈、种植顶板等关键部位进行了处理。

The underground building of the CSCEC Strait Business Plaza project is large,and there is a large demand for planting on the basement roof and podium roof.Thus the requirements for waterproofing,especially the waterproofing layer of root resistance,are high.In order to ensure the waterproofing effect,the project is designed to use polyurethane waterproofing coating and PVC waterproofing membrane to form a physical root-resistant waterproofing system,and the key parts such as through-wall pipe,through-wall group pipe,intersection of side wall and roof,planted roof and so on are properly treated.
