摘要 8 400万方矿岩爆破工程是舟山绿色石化基地建设的关键性工程,为解决大体量、高强度的矿岩爆破,通过合理设计爆破参数,综合运用基于航测技术的无人机调度指挥系统、螺旋管药包聚能爆破技术及复合消能爆破减振技术,极大地提高了矿山生产和调度管理水平,有效降低了钻孔和根底处理施工成本,保证了爆区周边设施的安全,取得了显著的经济和社会效益,对类似大规模矿岩爆破施工具有借鉴意义。 The 84 million m 3 mine rock blasting project is a key project for the construction of Zhoushan green petrochemical base.In order to solve the problem of large volume and high strength rock blasting,by reasonably designing blasting parameters and comprehensively using UAV dispatching command system based on aerial survey technology,spiral tube charge shaped blasting technology and composite energy dissipation blasting vibration reduction technology,the mine production and dispatching management level has been greatly improved,the drilling and foundation treatment construction cost has been effectively reduced,the safety of surrounding facilities in the blasting area has been ensured,and remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved.It can be used as a reference for similar large-scale mine rock blasting construction.
