With the improvement of the level of social and economic development,the construction process of urban construction investment enterprises has gradually accelerated and the scale has been expanding day by day.However,as far as the actual situation of urban construction investment enterprises is concerned,there are still many development difficulties,which are manifested in single financing channels and inadequate funds,resulting in the declining position of enterprises in the market competition.In this context,the main difficulties faced by managers are how to expand the financing channels of urban construction investment enterprises,improve the financing structure of urban construction investment enterprises,formulate sound operational strategies and reduce the financial risks of urban construction investment enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the financial risks of urban construction investment enterprises,and proposes corresponding management and control strategies for reference.
