摘要
高比例新能源接入电力系统将造成系统功率实时平衡困难等问题,通过对高比例新能源系统经济运行及储能配置进行分析,能够为系统经济、稳定运行提供有效的保障。首先,构建考虑弃风成本、失负荷成本以及碳捕集成本的高比例新能源系统经济运行模型。其次,对高比例新能源系统进行储能容量优化配置,降低新能源功率强随机波动性对系统运行的影响。最后,通过仿真分析不同比例新能源接入对系统运行的影响以及储能容量配置的最优值。仿真结果表明,随着新能源接入比例的提高,系统运行稳定性降低,单位供电成本呈先减后增趋势,合理配置新能源接入比例以及储能容量可以提升系统运行的经济性、稳定性。
The high proportion of new energy connected to the power system will cause problems such as the difficulty of real-time power balance.Through the analysis of the economic operation and energy storage configuration of the high proportion of new energy system,it can provide an effective guarantee for the economic and stable operation of the system.Firstly,build an economic operation model of high proportion new energy system considering the cost of wind abandonment,load loss and carbon capture.Secondly,optimize the energy storage capacity of high proportion new energy systems to reduce the impact of strong random fluctuation of new energy power on system operation.Finally,the influence of different proportion of new energy access on system operation and the optimal value of energy storage capacity configuration are analyzed through simulation.The simulation results show that with the increase of the proportion of new energy access,the stability of system operation decreases,and the unit power supply cost shows a trend of“decreasing first and then increasing”.Reasonable allocation of the proportion of new energy access and energy storage capacity can improve the economy and stability of system operation.
