低碳导向的区域综合能源服务市场交易机制设计 被引量:2

摘要 在当前世界各国不断倡导节能减排、低碳环保、深化电力体制改革并出台新型能源交易政策的背景下,针对当前多能源耦合的综合能源服务市场研究未考虑供给与需求侧的多能源替代特性以及碳排放因素等问题,提出了一种低碳导向的区域综合能源服务市场架构体系与交易机制。首先,以区域综合能源系统作为物理主体架构,并结合不同能源子系统的市场参与主体,构建了低碳导向的综合能源服务市场架构;其次,结合不同能源在运行环节的碳排放因子,分别构建了区域综合能源服务市场内电力、燃气、热力市场的具体模型,并提出了低碳导向的区域综合能源服务市场联合出清机制。通过算例仿真分析表明,构建的综合能源服务市场与相应提出的交易机制在对不同能源市场合理定价及降低碳排放等方面均具有良好的导向作用,进而助力碳达峰、碳中和目标的达成。 In the current context of countries around the world constantly advocating energy conservation and emission reduction,low-carbon environmental protection,the deepening of electricity system reform and the introduction of new energy trading policies,it proposes a low carbon oriented local integrated energy service market structure and trading mechanism in response to the fact that the current research on multi-energy coupled integrated energy service markets does not take into account the characteristics of multi-energy substitution between supply and demand sides and carbon emission factors.Firstly,a low carbon oriented integrated energy service market structure is constructed by taking the local integrated energy system as the physical main structure and combining the market participants of different energy subsystems.Secondly,the specific models of electricity,gas and heat markets within the local integrated energy service market are proposed by combining the carbon emission factors of different energy sources in the operation process,and a low carbon oriented local integrated energy service market is proposed.The simulation analysis shows that the proposed integrated energy services market and the corresponding trading mechanism have a positive effect on the rational pricing of different energy markets and the reduction of carbon emissions,thus contributing to the achievement of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets.
