Analysis and Countermeasure of Rent-seeking Behavior of Government Procurement in Universities

高校政府采购作为我国政府采购的重要组成部分,在经济资源的合理配置中起着重要作用。根据高校政府采购的特点,对高校政府采购中可能发生的寻租环节进行了分析:采用演化博弈方法,得出影响供应商和集采中心在政府采购活动中行为策略选择的关键变量,并据此提出了减少高校政府采购寻租行为的对策。

As an important component of our government procurement department,government procurement in universities plays an important role in the rational allocation of economic resources.This paper describes the rent-seeking behavior which may occur in government procurement in universities,it uses the method of evolutionary game analysis,obtains the variables that affect rent-seeking behavior,and puts forward countermeasures to reduce rent-seeking behavior in university government procurement and proposes countermeasures to reduce rent-seeking behavior in government procurement in universities.
