“智改数转”背景下自动化类专业教师工程实践教学能力提升路径研究

Research on Improving Approaches of Engineering Practice Teaching Ability of Automation Major Teachers under the Background of“Intelligent Reconstruction and Digital Transformation”

工程实践教学能力是检验高职自动化类教师教学水平的重要标准,也是培养自动化类复合型高技能人才的重要保障。针对高职自动化类教师工程实践教学能力提升的迫切要求,文章通过解构完整自动化类工程项目及其实施过程,分析了融合工程思维和工程技术能力的工程实践教学能力具体内涵,最后从学校和教师个人两个层面提出了自动化类教师工程实践教学能力提升的相应策略,帮助自动化类教师实现由“专业教师”到“工程讲师”转变。

Engineering practice teaching ability is an important standard to test the teaching abilities of automation teachers in higher vocational colleges,and it is also an important guarantee for cultivating high-skilled automation talents.In view of the urgent requirement of improving the engineering practice teaching ability of automation teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the specific connotation of engineering practice teaching ability,which integrates engineering thinking and engineering technology ability by deconstructing the complete automation engineering project and its implementation process.Finally,from the two aspects of school and individual teachers,it puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the engineering practice teaching ability of automation teachers in the hope of helping automation teachers to realize the transformation from“professional teachers”to“engineering trainers”.
