枢纽经济助推全国统一大市场建设的理论逻辑、现实难题和实现路径——基于区域商品要素集聚的视角

Theoretical logic,Practical Problems and Realization Path of Hub Economy Boosting the Construction of a Unified National Market:From the Perspective of Regional Commodity Factor Agglomeration

推动全国统一大市场的建设是实现我国高质量发展的必然要求。枢纽经济具有的集聚资源和要素、整合区域市场的独特优势,对构建全国统一大市场具有重要的推动作用。但是,当前我国枢纽经济在推动全国统一大市场的建设过程中,还存在着产业布局缺乏规划、现代流通体系不完善、区域交流缺乏、市场规则不统一等问题。通过借鉴世界发达国家枢纽经济推动全国统一大市场建设的经验,如纽约模式、伦敦模式、东京模式、汉堡模式等,总结出我国枢纽经济推进全国统一大市场建设的路径在于:科学制定枢纽经济发展战略、促进枢纽制造业高质量发展、完善枢纽的流通基础设施建设、充分发挥枢纽的辐射带动作用、建立统一开放透明的市场规则。

Promoting the construction of a unified national market is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality develop⁃ment in China.The unique advantages of hub economy in gathering resources and factors and integrating regional markets have an im⁃portant driving role in building a unified national market.However,in the current process of promoting the construction of a unified na⁃tional market in China’s hub economy,there are still some problems such as lack of industrial layout planning,imperfect modern cir⁃culation system,lack of regional exchanges,and inconsistent market rules.By drawing on the experience of developed countries in pro⁃moting the construction of a unified national market,such as New York mode,London mode,Tokyo mode,and Hamburg mode,it is concluded that the path for Chinese hub economy to promote the construction of a unified national market lies in scientifically formula⁃ting a development strategy for the hub economy,promoting the high-quality development of the hub manufacturing industry,improving the circulation infrastructure construction of the hub,giving full play to the role of the hub’s radiation and establishing uniform,open and transparent market rules.
