生态人格养成:返乡农民工绿色创业责任培育的价值落点

生态人格作为一般人格的特殊形式,是指个体人格的生态规定性,主要包括生态知识、生态理念和生态实践等。在生态文明建设中,返乡农民工的生态人格对其创业行为有着显著影响,是支撑返乡农民工克服创业项目局限、走绿色创业之路的重要力量。当前,返乡创业农民工的生态人格还存在一定的缺陷,主要表现为生态认知不高、生态情感失衡、生态素养不健全以及生态行为践履不足等问题。在推进乡村振兴过程中,要实现经济效益、社会效益与生态效益的统一,亟须以尊重生态规律为前提,培育和塑造生态人格,重建人与自然的和谐关系。为此,需要从正确认识和处理好自然观与社会观的关系、科学精神与人文精神的关系、法律他律与道德自律的关系、生态意识与生态行为的关系等入手,在价值层面培育返乡农民工绿色创业责任,帮助其生态人格养成。

As a special form of general personality,ecological personality refers to the ecological regulation of individual personali⁃ty,which mainly includes ecological knowledge,ecological concepts,and ecological practice.In the construction of ecological civiliza⁃tion,the ecological personality of returning migrant workers has a significant impact on their entrepreneurial behavior,and is an impor⁃tant force to support returning migrant workers to overcome the limitations of entrepreneurial projects and take the road of green entre⁃preneurship.Currently,there are still certain defects in the ecological personality of migrant workers returning home to start businesses,mainly manifested in low ecological awareness,ecological emotional imbalance,ecological literacy,and inadequate ecological behavior.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,in order to realize the unity of economic,social,and ecological benefits,it is urgent to respect the ecological law as the premise,cultivate and shape ecological personality,and rebuild the harmonious relationship between man and nature.Therefore,it is necessary to correctly understand and deal with the relationship between nature view and social view,the relationship between scientific spirit and humanistic spirit,the relationship between law heteronomy and moral self-discipline,and the relationship between ecological consciousness and ecological behavior,and cultivate the green entrepreneurship responsibility of re⁃turning migrant workers at the value level and help them develop their ecological personality.
