基于文明交流互鉴的中国对非传播新探索

The Innovation of China’s Communication to Africa Based on Exchanges and Mutual Learning with Other Civilizations

从文明与文化的视角审视中国对非传播,其面临着文化隔阂、传播效能受限等多重挑战。因而以文明交流互鉴这一新文明观为价值基石重构中国对非传播就尤为必要,其真正回归了国际传播分享交流对话的本质,不但有助于发掘中非文化共性与差异,超越西方以对立冲突竞争为主的对非传播范式,更暗含了中国对非传播的文化自觉。基于文明交流互鉴的中国对非传播新探索,不仅需要实现理论升级,建构能支撑文明多样性、平等性、对话性的对非传播理论体系,还需在实践创新上下功夫推动中非人文交流,以实现中非日常生活的文化共享。

Examining Chinese media’s performance in Africa from the perspective of civilization and culture,we find that it faces challenges such as cultural barriers and the limited effects.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct China’s communication to Africa based on the new concept of exchanges and mutual learning with other civilizations as the value cornerstone.It not only helps to explore the similarities and differences of Chinese and African cultures,and surpasses the Western paradigm of international communication to Africa,which focuses on conflict,opposition and competition,but also implies the cultural self-awareness that China should uphold in its exchanges with Africa.To improve China’s communication to Africa with the new concept of civilization,it is necessary to construct a new theoretical system of communication that can support the diversity,equality,and dialogue of civilizations,but also needs to inno⁃vate in the practice to promote China-Africa’s humanitarian exchanges and to realize the cultural sharing of China-Africa’s everyday life experiences.
