机械工程专硕“一线、五路径”人才培养体系

摘要 针对农业院校机械工程专业学位硕士爱农思想薄弱、知行分离,培养方案不能满足新工科、新农科的发展需要,以及缺乏专业的联合培养基地和相应的人才培养机制等问题,构建了“一线、五路径”产学研用人才培养体系:以思想政治教育为主线,提升爱农情感,强调知行合一;以“五路径”为抓手,构建产学研用人才培养体系。采用该培养体系,山东农业大学机械工程专业学位硕士创新实践能力显著增强,知农爱农情怀更加深厚,更多的毕业生投身到乡村振兴中。实践表明,“一线、五路径”产学研用人才培养体系在农业院校的机械工程专业硕士人才培养中发挥了良好的作用。 In view of the weakness of loving agriculture,the separation of knowledge and practice,the lack of professional joint training base and corresponding talent training mechanism,this paper constructs a“one line,five paths”cultivation system of industry,university,research and application.Taking ideological and political education as the main line,the cultivation system enhances the love of agriculture,and emphasizes the unity of knowledge and practice.The five paths are based on social needs,so the professional degree master training program for“new engineering”and“new agriculture”is revised.By adopting this training system,the innovation and practice ability of the master’s degree in mechanical engineering of Shandong Agricultural University has been significantly enhanced,the feelings of knowing and loving agriculture have become deeper,and more graduates have devoted themselves to rural revitalization.The practice shows that the“one line,five paths”talent training system for production,learning and research has played a good role in the training of master’s talents in mechanical engineering in agricultural colleges and universities.
