农业工程类专硕实践创新能力培养模式研究——以华中农业大学专业学位硕士点为例

Research on the Training Mode of Practical Innovation Ability of Agricultural Engineering Postgraduates:Taking Master’s Degree Program in Agricultural Engineering of Huazhong Agricultural University as an Example

实践创新能力培养是专业学位研究生培养环节中的重要一环。为探索农业工程类专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养模式,分析比较了国内高校农业工程相关专业学位研究生培养的修业年限、学分、培养方式、培养环节、考核方式、管理方式和实践环节,剖析存在的问题,再以华中农业大学专硕培养为例,针对实践创新能力培养,分别从学分设置、专业实践、专业学位论文质量标准等方面提出优化对策,为后续相关政策及规章制度的优化提出参考。

The practical and creative ability is a significant part of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates.In order to explore the cultivation mode of the practical and creative ability of professional master’s degree candidates of agricultural engineering,this paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation process by comparing the length of schooling and credits,cultivation methods,cultivation links,assessment methods,management methods and practice links of the cultivation of agricultural engineering postgraduates in several major domestic colleges and universities.Then we take the cultivation of professional master’s degree candidates of agricultural engineering in Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,and aim at the cultivation of practical innovation ability.This paper puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of credit rules,professional practice,dissertation quality standards,etc...,so as to provide reference for the relevant policies,rules,and regulations.
