摘要
行业部委高校体制在20世纪90年代开始面临双重变奏,社会主义市场经济体系的构建和世界贸易组织的加入,迫使行业性高校走向综合性或跨行业的发展道路。传统行业性高校在某一领域和学科内的长期影响力与巨大的发展势能,使得后来者在跨行业培养人才转型时面临一定的难度,突破行业界限通常有国际化、产业研和联合培养三种途径,而国际化路径是我国高校跟跑阶段更加行之有效的战略选择。以西南交通大学道路工程领域研究生培养为例,结合研究团队二十年发展历程和研究生人才培养的经验,总结凝练行业性高校培养跨行业研究生人才的国际化战略路径选择,为行业性高校转型培养高层次人才模式提供参考。
Due to its long-term influence and huge development potential in a certain field and discipline,industrial colleges and universities face certain difficulties in the transformation of cross-industry talent training.This paper takes the postgraduate training in the field of road engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example,and combines the research team’s 20 years of development history and postgraduate talent training experience to summarize and refine the international strategic path choice of industrial colleges and universities to cultivate cross-industry postgraduates,so as to provide reference for industrial colleges and universities to transform and cultivate high-level talents.
