国外作战试验鉴定人才培养做法及其启示

The Practice and Enlightenment of the Training of American Operational Test Accreditation Talents

我军装备试验鉴定领域正由传统性能试验向作战试验、在役考核全领域拓展。试验鉴定作为武器装备建设的重要组成部分,必须顺应世界军事革命的发展大势,积极推进装备试验鉴定转型。作战试验作为装备试验鉴定工作的新领域,亟须培养锻造一支专业技术理论过硬、通晓装备作战的人才队伍。通过分析我军作战试验人才培养需求,研究国外作战试验鉴定人才培养的主要做法,结合我军实际,提出了我军作战试验人才培养的启示建议。

The field of equipment test&evaluation is expanding from traditional performance test to operational test and service assessment.As an important part of the construction of weapons and equipment,test and appraisal must also conform to the development trend of the world military revolution and actively promote the transformation of equipment test and appraisal.As a new field of equipment test&evaluation,operational test is in urgent need of training a talented team with excellent professional technical theory and good knowledge of equipment operation.This paper analyzes the needs of training personnel for operational test&evaluation,studies the main measure of abroad operational test&evaluation personnel training,and puts forward some suggestions for our army into account.
