体教融合视域下高校体育教学改革路径探究

Exploration on the Reform Path of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Integration of Physical Education and Education

体育学科是教育体系的重要组成部分。在体教融合背景下,高校应秉持“健康第一”的理念。为了积极探索体育教学改革路径,首先分析了体教融合的时代背景、目标内容及积极意义;继而阐述了高校体育教学现状与高校落实体教融合的基本原则;最后提出了数条改革建议,包括转变教师体育教学观念、明确体育教学目标与内容、完善体育课程体系、提高体育教师素能、完善体育教学考评机制、打造立体化体育教学体系、完善高水平运动员梯队建设及创新体教融合模式等,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

Physical education is an important part of the education system.Under the background of the integration of physical education and education,colleges and universities should also adhere to the concept of“health first”.In order to actively explore the path of physical education reform,first of all,we should analyze the background,target content and positive significance of the integration of physical education and education.Then we expound the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities and the implementation of the basic principles of the integration of physical education and education in colleges and universities.Finally,several reform suggestions are put forward,including changing teachers’physical education teaching concept,clarifying physical education teaching objectives and contents,improving physical education curriculum system,improving physical education teachers’quality and ability,improving physical education teaching evaluation mechanism,creating a three dimensional physical education teaching system,improving the construction of high-level athletes’echelons and innovating the mode of physical education integration,in order to provide useful reference for relevant teachers.
